Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on HR Manager to lead all human resources functions for international coffee chain. You will play a strategic and operational role in talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance with UAE labour laws, performance management, and building a positive culture across our growing network of stores.Key Responsibilities? Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment for store teams, supervisors, managers, and support roles. Build talent pipelines for fast-paced F&B needs and ensure smooth onboarding.? UAE Labour Law Compliance: Ensure full adherence to UAE labour regulations, including contracts, visas, gratuity, leave policies, and Emiratization targets. Handle government portals (e.g., MOHRE, GDRFA).? Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to store managers and leadership. Resolve employee issues, conduct investigations, and drive engagement initiatives to reduce turnover.? Performance Management: Implement performance review processes, goal setting, and development plans. Support succession planning for key retail roles.? Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll coordination, salary benchmarking, incentives, and benefits administration in line with market standards.? Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate programs (customer service, leadership, compliance) to build team capabilities.? HR Administration: Maintain employee records, HRIS systems, and generate reports on headcount, attrition, and key HR metrics.? Culture & Employer Branding: Promote compnay values, organize team events, and strengthen our employer brand to attract top F&B talent.Requirements & Qualifications? Experience: 5?8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within F&B, Retail, or Hospitality in the UAE/GCC.? Education: Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or UAE-specific) is a plus.? Knowledge: Strong command of UAE Labour Law and practical experience with visas, labour disputes, and Emiratization.
