We are looking for a qualified and experienced First Aid & Safety Trainer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate is confident, knowledgeable, and able to deliver high?quality safety training across multiple disciplines.About the RoleYou will deliver engaging, accurate, and practical training sessions in First Aid, Fire Safety, Operational Safety, and Occupational Safety for corporate clients and learners across the UAE.Key Responsibilities- Deliver classroom and practical training sessions in:First Aid & CPR/AEDFire Safety & Fire WardenOperational & Workplace Safety CoursesOccupational Safety Courses- Conduct assessments and evaluate learner performance- Maintain accurate training records and documentation- Ensure training delivery meets UAE regulatory and accreditation standards- Support continuous improvement of course materials and delivery methodsSkillsMinimum Requirements- Minimum 2 years of experience delivering safety?related training- Must be able to speak clear English and Hindi- NEBOSH IGC Level 3- Train the Trainer certification- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills- Ability to deliver both theory and hands?on practical sessions- Good understanding of UAE safety regulations and training expectationsPreferred Certifications (but not required)- Highfield (HABC) certifications, such as:Level 3 Delivering Training (IADT)Level 2/3 Fire SafetyLevel 3 First AidLevel 3 Health & Safety- First Aid Instructor certification (AHA, HSI, Red Cross, or equivalent)- Fire Safety / Fire Warden Instructor certification- Experience delivering DCD?approved Fire Safety courses- Experience delivering DCAS?aligned First Aid courses- Additional OHS, emergency response, or instructor?level certificationsEmployment Details- Full?time position- Based in Dubai, UAE- Standard UAE benefits (visa, medical insurance, paid leave, etc.)- Competitive salary based on experienceHow to Apply- Interested candidates can submit their CV and relevant certifications.
