Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to support our day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll, HR administration, employee documentation, visa processing, HR audits, and HRMS/ERP systems. If you are organized, proactive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.Manage end-to-end monthly payroll, including attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, and final settlements.Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and certificates.Coordinate employee visa, Emirates ID, medical, renewal, and cancellation processes.Ensure HR files and documentation are audit-ready and compliant with UAE labour laws and company policies.Maintain employee data in the HRMS/ERP system and generate HR reports as required.Support onboarding, offboarding, employee queries, and other day-to-day HR operations.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2?4 years of HR experience in the GCC, preferably in the UAE.Strong experience in payroll, HR documentation, visa administration, and HRMS/ERP systems.Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and payroll practices.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR software.Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
