Key Responsibilities ? Manage attendance alerts, employee leave inquiries, and HRMIS updates, ensuring timely tracking, follow?up, and reporting, including quarterly vacation analysis.? Support the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, social security processes for Emirati employees, and regulatory exam registrations.? Administer medical insurance for assigned countries, ensuring policy compliance, issue resolution, and accurate coordination with Benefits and Payroll teams.? Maintain accurate employee files (physical and electronic) in line with corporate HR standards and statutory requirements.? Coordinate with government entities such as MOHRE, handle holiday announcements, and ensure timely compliance with AML/CTF regulations and training.
