Job Description

Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a detail-oriented HR Administrator with 2?3 years of experience in HR Operations to support day-to-day HR processes and ensure seamless employee lifecycle management.Key Responsibilities:Manage recruitment documentation and coordinate hiring processes.Handle employee onboarding and documentation.Prepare and issue offer letters, warning letters, and other HR correspondence.Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely submission.Maintain and track headcount, HR records, and employee data.Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR documentation.Liaise with line managers and candidates on HR-related matters.Desired Candidate ProfileGraduate in any discipline.2?3 years of experience in HR Operations/HR Administration.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems is preferred.If you are organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering efficient HR support, we would love to hear from you.
