We are seeking a professional, organized, and reliable individual to manage the day-to-dayoperations of a private villa. This role involves overseeing staff, maintaining high standards oforganization and hospitality, and ensuring smooth coordination of daily activities, especially in ahome with frequent guests.Candidates with experience in household management, hospitality, or officeadministration/operations are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities? Manage day-to-day villa operations and ensure cleanliness and organization? Manage household inventory, supplies and basic expenses tracking? Supervise staff (driver, cook, maids) and oversee their performance? Assist with menu planning and guest requirements with the chef? Coordinate guest visits and ensure high service standards? Coordinate all maintenance, repairs, and vendor requirements? Assist with administrative tasks and occasional personal errands? Handle bookings, appointments, daily household schedulesRequirements? 2?3 years of experience in household management, hospitality, administration or similar? Strong staff management and organizational skills? Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle a fast-paced environment? Experience in managing private households, hospitality services or roles involving operationsmanagement? Good communication skills? Fluency in English is required? Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented? Candidates with prior office administration, operations or similar roles will also be consideredPreferred Qualifications? Prior UAE experience is a plus? Hospitality or administration background preferred? Experience in managing frequent guest activities?
