About the Client:One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects. Job Description:? Serve as the welcoming face of the company, greeting and assisting clients, visitors, and business partners in a polished and professional manner while maintaining the reception area?s high standard of presentation.? Manage guest flow, handle meeting room bookings, and ensure a seamless visitor experience by coordinating with internal departments and offering refreshments when required.? Assist the HR and Admin teams with light office tasks such as taking inbound calls and maintaining records, ensuring smooth daily operations.? Uphold the company?s corporate image through exceptional grooming, communication, and demeanor. SkillsQualifications: ? Minimum 2 years of experience as any front facing role preferably in hospitality, corporate, or real estate settings with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a naturally warm, professional demeanor; home country experience will be considered.? Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic, Russian, or Eastern European languages is an advantage.? Organized and reliable, able to handle administrative tasks such as managing calls, guest bookings, and meeting coordination.?
