Manage reservations, including taking and confirming bookings, updating reservation logs, and communicating with guests to confirm details
Work closely with servers and other restaurant staff to ensure that guests are provided with prompt and attentive service
Assist with a range of other restaurant operations, such as answering phones, taking orders, handling payments, and preparing bills
Communicate with servers to let them know when guests have been seated, coordinate with the kitchen to ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner
