We are seeking Home Care Nurse Assistants. Experience in caring for individuals with Autism, managing peg tubes, and providing support for bedridden patients is highly preferred. DHA certification is a plus.Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized care to patients, emphasizing comfort and dignity.- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.- Administer medications and monitor vital signs to ensure tailored care.- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, focusing on Autism support and specialized care.- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to uphold high-quality care standards.- Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance patients' quality of life.- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients.Qualifications:- Valid nursing license or certification.- CPR and First Aid certification.- Prior experience in home care or related healthcare roles is preferred.- Experience with Autism, peg tube management, and care for bedridden patients is a plus.- DHA certification is beneficial.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to assist others at home.
