Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate MEP BIM models across Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines.Develop, review, and manage BIM models in accordance with project requirements.Perform clash detection and coordinate resolutions using Navisworks.Ensure models comply with BIM standards, LOD requirements, and project specifications.Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and project teams.Produce coordinated shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-built models.Conduct BIM coordination meetings and maintain issue logs.Support project teams with model updates, revisions, and technical coordination.Ensure timely delivery of BIM models and project documentation.SkillsDesired Candidate ProfileBachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5+ years of experience as an MEP BIM Coordinator.Strong proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/ACC.Experience in clash detection, model coordination, and LOD 300?500 development.Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and construction documentation.Experience in commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.UAE experience is preferred.
