Emerald Sands Investments FZCO | DAFZA, DubaiWe're looking for one person to own HR end-to-end across the holding company and all its subsidiaries not a specialist in one function, a true generalist who can run the entire employee lifecycle solo.What you'll own- Recruitment ? sourcing, screening, and hiring across the group- Payroll ? accurate, on-time processing across all entities- Full employee lifecycle ? onboarding, contracts, performance, offboarding- UAE labour law compliance ? MOHRE, WPS, visas, and free zone employment regulations- HR policy, employee records, and grievance handling group-wideSkillsWhat you bring- 5+ years UAE HR experience, ideally across multiple entities or a group structure- Working knowledge of UAE labour law and all free zones (DAFZA or similar) employment rules- Hands on payroll and WPS experience not just oversight- Comfortable being the only HR person in the room, answerable for everythingOne role, full ownership, no hand-holding required.
