We are opening a modern auto service center in Dubai, specializing in German vehicles (with capability toservice other makes). We are looking for an experienced and responsible Service Manager.**Key Responsibilities:**- Manage daily workshop operations- Distribute work orders and manage technicians? workload- Ensure quality control of repairs and maintenance- Provide accurate job estimates and communicate with customers- Work with spare parts catalogues and pricing databases- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally- Maintain service standards and workplace safety- Coordinate with parts suppliersSkills**Requirements:**- Minimum 3 year of experience as a Service Manager or Senior Technician- Good knowledge of vehicle systems- Proficient in using spare parts catalogues and job estimation- Understanding of automotive repair market pricing- Fluent in Russian and English (Arabic is a plus)- Experience with German vehicles is highly desirable- Strong organizational and team management skills.
