Job Description- Engage in day to day Sales operations- Develop and implement trading strategies to maximize sales and profit margins.- Manage relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure product availability.- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform product assortment and pricing strategies.- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies that drive consumer engagement.- Monitor sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement.- Prepare forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.- Conduct regular reviews of product performance and lead initiatives for product innovation and improvement.- Manage a team of trading staff, providing training and mentorship to develop their skills.Skills- Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG trading, procurement, or a related area.- Strong negotiation and communication skills.- Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.- Excellent knowledge General and Modern Trade FMCG sector.- Proficient in MS Office and trading software.
