Job Description

The Finance Manager will lead the full finance function within a manufacturing environment, driving financial reporting, planning, and operational performance. They focus on delivering high quality solutions within their sector and are expanding their operations in the UAE, offering a dynamic environment with strong leadership and growth ambitions.Descriptionú Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes ensuring accuracy and timelinessú Prepare and review financial statements in line with IFRS standardsú Oversee general ledger integrity, reconciliations, and financial reporting packsú Manage manufacturing finance activities including production accounting, inventory, and cost controlsú Review inventory valuation, WIP, finished goods, and provisions including slow moving and obsolete stockú Partner with operational teams across production, procurement, and supply chain to enhance financial controlsú Support product costing and profitability analysis through alignment of operational and financial dataú Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processesú Conduct variance analysis and monitor key financial performance driversú Prepare executive dashboards and present insights to senior stakeholdersú Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and liquidity planningú Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and finance policiesú Identify financial and operational risks and implement mitigation strategiesú Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities to ensure complianceú Ensure adherence to IFRS, UAE VAT, and corporate tax regulationsú Drive ERP enhancements and process improvements to increase automation and efficiencyú Maintain data integrity and improve reporting capabilities within finance systemsú Act as a key finance business partner supporting commercial and operational decisionsú Evaluate capital investments, pricing strategies, and business casesú Lead and develop the finance team, setting clear objectives and driving performanceú Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementProfileú Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldú Professional qualification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferredú Minimum 10 years of finance experience with at least 5 years in a leadership roleú Mandatory experience within a manufacturing environmentú Strong expertise in IFRS, FP&A, inventory accounting, and internal controlsú Experience working with ERP systems, with Odoo as an advantageú Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax regulationsú Advanced Excel skills with Power BI as a plusú Candidates must be based in the UAEú Immediately available candidates are preferredJob Offerú Opportunity to lead the finance function within a growing manufacturing businessú Exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision makingú Dynamic and fast paced working environmentú Clear scope for process improvement and impactSkillsBudgeting, financial planning and analysis, variance analysis, forecasting, reporting, audit, compliance.
