Prosperity School is a fast-growing online trading education company (Prosperity Group FZCO, based in Dubai). We're scaling quickly and our finances need a dedicated owner. We're looking for a hands-on Finance Manager who knows the UAE inside-out and can take our books from messy to immaculate ? and keep them that way.This is a full-time contractor engagement (full-time hours, invoice-based).What you'll do- Take ownership of our books end-to-end: reconciliations, AP/AR, monthly close, and clean management reporting- Get our current setup in order ? multiple tools, inconsistent records ? and build a reliable monthly rhythm- Own UAE compliance: VAT registration & filings, Corporate Tax, free-zone/FZCO requirements- Give the founders and COO clear, timely visibility into cash flow and financial performance- Improve and document our finance processes as we growDetails- Engagement: Full-time contractor (invoice-based)- Location: Remote ? UAE-based or strong UAE finance expertise required- Compensation: Competitive monthly rate, based on experience- Start: ASAPSkillsYou're a fit if you have- Hands-on bookkeeping/finance experience for UAE-based businesses (free-zone/FZCO a strong plus)- Working knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and filing obligations- Confidence owning the full books with minimal supervision- Proficiency in modern accounting tools (Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, etc.)- Strong English; clear communicator who can explain numbers to non-finance foundersNice to have- ACCA / CPA / CMA (or working toward)- Arabic- Experience with online/e-commerce or education businesses.
