This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Facade and Firestopping Specialist. The responsibilities include supervising and inspecting firestopping systems and facade safety measures for industrial, commercial, and residential projects. The role involves evaluating compliance with UAE Fire and Life Safety Codes, identifying safety gaps, and recommending corrective actions. It also entails collaborating with design teams, contractors, and governmental bodies to foster adherence to local and international fire safety standards while preparing comprehensive inspection and compliance reports.What you'll bring:- Facade evaluation- Authority submission, Approval- On-site inspectionSkills- Strong knowledge of UAE Fire Code, and applicable codes & standards i.e. NFPA, ASTM etc.- IFC Certificate Holder (Mandatory)- Proven experience in facade evaluation and firestopping inspection- Attention to detail and ability to interpret complex construction drawings- Excellent communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.
