  4. Suppliers/Vendors & Sales Coordination:ÿManage vendors with clear goals, budgets, and timelines, ensuring events meet sales targets.
  5. Event Budget & Sales Targets:ÿBudget and track expenses, prioritizing achieving sales targets.
  6. Timeline Control:ÿManage project timelines, especially those tied to sales goals.
  7. Risk Management:ÿIdentify risks, including those in sales, and plan how to handle them.
  8. Quality Control & Sales Excellence:ÿMonitor quality, emphasizing excellence, especially in relation to sales.
  9. Feedback & Report:ÿCollect feedback, evaluate success, and focus on improving future sales-driven events.
  10. Event Management & Sales Execution:ÿOversee event logistics, troubleshooting issues while keeping sales goals in mind.
  11. KPI & Sales Metrics:ÿMeet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPI), focusing on sales targets and objectives.
