The Estimation Engineer will prepare and review bills of quantities (BOQs), analyze project requirements, and develop accurate cost estimates for marble and granite projects. Key responsibilities also include conducting market research, liaising with vendors for pricing, negotiating with suppliers and contractors, and coordinating with project teams to ensure budgetary and design alignment.SkillsQualificationsProficiency in preparing BOQs and detailed project estimationExpertise in Civil Engineering with a strong understanding of construction materials, particularly marble and graniteStrong negotiation skills and the ability to interact confidently with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholdersExperience in conducting market research to stay informed of material costs and trendsExcellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under tight deadlinesBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldPrevious experience in marble and granite estimation is highly advantageousProficiency in relevant estimation and CAD software
