Estimation & TenderingReview tender documents, BOQs, drawings, specifications, and vendor requirements.Analyze project scope and prepare accurate cost estimates for metal doors, fire-rated doors, frames, and related hardware.Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.Prepare detailed commercial and technical proposals in accordance with project requirements.Ensure compliance with consultant specifications, Civil Defense requirements, and applicable industry standards. Technical CoordinationCoordinate with the drafting team for the preparation and submission of shop drawings.Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments regarding technical clarifications.Review project specifications and ensure alignment with estimation and design requirements.Assist in preparing material submittals, MARs, and prequalification documents. Supplier & Vendor ManagementCoordinate with approved vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing, lead times, and technical information.Support negotiations related to cost, quality, and delivery schedules.Monitor supplier performance to ensure project objectives are achieved. Project SupportCoordinate with production, project, and site teams during various stages of project execution.Conduct site visits when required to verify project requirements and site conditions.Support project handover documentation and technical records.
