Elementary Class Teacher / Homeroom Teacher (US & UK Curriculum Schools)Objective:To lead and supervise Elementary grade classrooms ensuring academic performance of the students as well as their psychological developmentMain responsibilities:- Manage and supervise the classroom ensuring decorum is well-maintained at all times- Teach all core subjects- Ensure high quality academic performance and improvements- Maintain strong rapport with students, parents and ensure good bonding between the students- Reporting to: Head of Elementary- Duration: Permanent Position- Desired start date: August 2020Requirements- Bachelors (equivalent or higher) in Elementary Education or in most subjects- 2 years experience managing Elementary grades either in a US or UK Curriculum- Knowledge of KHDA principles is an advantage- Experience with UAE schools is preferred- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
