Roles & ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:ú Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures for all Electrical works.ú Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documents to ensure compliance.ú Conduct daily inspections and ensure that all site activities comply with quality standards.ú Prepare and maintain inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, and checklists.ú Issue non-conformance reports (NCRs) and verify corrective/preventive actions.ú Liaise with site engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and consultants for quality-related matters.ú Monitor material deliveries and ensure compliance with project specifications.ú Conduct pre-handover snagging and prepare final quality documentation.ú Maintain records of inspections, test results, quality reports, and documentation.ú Participate in internal and external audits as required.ú Ensure compliance with HSE procedures related to quality activities.Desired Candidate Profileú Bachelor?s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.ú Minimum 5 years of proven experience in interior Electrical and fit-out projects (commercial, residential, retail, etc.).ú In-depth knowledge of QA/QC practices, construction materials, and finishing techniques.ú Familiarity with international standards (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.ú Excellent communication and report-writing skills.ú Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.ú Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and other QA software tools is advantageous.
