Roles & ResponsibilitiesInspect and monitor electrical installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.Conduct site inspections for electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, fire alarm, and ELV systems.Verify that all materials and equipment delivered to site comply with approved submittals and project specifications.Witness testing and commissioning activities and ensure all inspections are properly documented.Review contractors' method statements, inspection requests, and material submissions related to electrical works.Identify non-conforming work and ensure corrective actions are implemented.Coordinate with the Resident Engineer, MEP Engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.Maintain accurate site inspection records, daily reports, and quality documentation.Ensure all electrical works are executed in accordance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.Monitor construction progress and report any delays or quality concerns.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical inspection and site supervision.Experience in residential, mixed-use, or commercial building projects in the UAE is preferred.Strong knowledge of international standards, local authority regulations, and electrical installation practices.Familiarity with DEWA, ADDC/AADC, Civil Defence, and other relevant UAE authority requirements is an advantage.Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
