In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing all electrical aspects of interior fit-out works in line with project specifications, timelines, and safety regulations.Role & Responsibilities:Design & Planning:o Review architectural and interior design drawings and develop corresponding electrical layout plans.o Prepare load schedules, single-line diagrams, riser diagrams, and circuiting plans as per project requirements.o Coordinate with interior designers, HVAC, plumbing, and civil teams for seamless service integration.o Conduct load calculations, cable sizing, and selection of switchgear and panels.Project Execution:o Supervise and manage electrical installations at the site, including lighting, power sockets, DBs, earthing, and ELV systems.o Ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, project specifications, and local authority standards.o Perform inspection and testing of electrical systems; ensure timely rectification of defects or snags.o Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials and equipment.Documentation & Compliance:o Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), technical submittals, and method statements.
