This is the role that elevates Kids Zone from a play destination to a developmental destination. You are the reason parents trust us with their child beyond a play visit, and the educational credibility that sets us apart from any competitor.What You'll Own:? Ready for School Playgroup Programme - you design and deliver a structured weekly curriculum that is age-appropriate, developmental, and outcome-driven for children aged 2.5 to 5 years? Drop and Shop Programme - you take full responsibility for every child in your care, maintaining sign-in registers, structured activities, and strict collection protocols? Activity Programming - you create a monthly activity calendar covering playgroup sessions, open-play activities, seasonal events, and holiday programmes? Parent Relationships - you build genuine long-term relationships with families as the primary driver of term-on-term retention and enrolment growth?
