Recruit, train, and supervise real estate sales managers and agents.

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for off-plan, ready, and luxury property projects.

Identify new business opportunities through market intelligence, networking, and partnership development.

Oversee pricing strategies, promotional activities, and overall project sales performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with HNWIs, real estate agencies, investors, and channel partners.

Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and operations teams to optimize sales campaigns and conversion rates.

Monitor KPIs, sales targets, and market trends, providing regular performance reports to management.

Ensure all sales activities comply with RERA regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.

Represent the company at real estate exhibitions, events, and investor meetings locally and internationally.
