We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other ad platforms. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on campaign management skills along with the ability to design high-converting landing pages.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, set up, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)Conduct audience research, targeting, and audience segmentation for maximum ROIDesign and build high-converting landing pages using tools like WordPress, Webflow, ClickFunnels, Unbounce, or similarMonitor campaign performance daily; optimize budgets, bids, and creatives based on dataA/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve CTR and conversion ratesTrack and analyze key metrics (CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, CTR) and prepare performance reportsCoordinate with content/design teams for ad creatives and copywritingStay updated with platform policy changes and ensure all campaigns are compliantManage ad accounts, pixel/tracking setup, and conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, etc.)SkillsMust have at least 2 years of recent working experience as a Digital marketing executive.Proven experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads & Google Ads (certifications preferred)Strong understanding of landing page design and conversion rate optimization (CRO)Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)Good understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel buildingBasic knowledge of HTML/CSS or landing page builder tools is a plusStrong analytical mindset with attention to detailGood communication skillsPreferred (Added Advantage)Prior experience running ad campaigns for forex, trading, or financial market-related businesses will be given strong preferenceFamiliarity with compliance and policy requirements specific to financial services advertising.
