We?re looking for an Engagement Lead to drive digital engagement and interaction within a community app. This role will own in-app campaigns, communications, and feedback initiatives to enhance user experience.? Design and manage digital engagement campaigns (onboarding flows, monthly themes, live events, polls, surveys).? Coordinate in-app communications and push notifications in collaboration with Marketing and Community teams.? Monitor engagement metrics, analyze feedback, generate actionable insights, and recommend improvements.? Prepare concise monthly engagement reports and insights.? Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to align announcements and integrate with internal systems.? Manage content, campaign, engagement-related queries and ongoing support logs.
