Job Description

  • Data Cleaning and Structuring: Strong ability to clean, structure, reconcile and validate large data sets.
  • Excel Expert: Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, conditional formatting, and data validation,(Macros Preferred)
  • Data Accuracy: High attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies
  • Trackers: Maintain a data quality tracker showing missing data, duplicate records, inconsistent records and completed cleanup items.
  • Reports: Produce regular progress reports for the MLRO / Project Lead.
  • Dashboards: Support the creation of dashboards or Excel reports showing migration readiness.
  • Documentation: Ensure all data changes are properly documented and approved where required.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all client and compliance records.
