Job Description

  • Prepare and submit customs documentation for imports and exports to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines and customs authorities to facilitate timely clearance of goods.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise during the customs process.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customs transactions and ensure that all documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Conduct regular audits of customs processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding customs regulations and procedures.
  • Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is preferred.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
