Job Description

  • Liaise with customers post-sale to finalize custom jewellery designs.
  • Provide gemstone advice (cut, setting, quality), and support after-sales service.
  • Coordinate CAD drawings for setters and renders for customer approval.
  • Manage stone delivery to setters and coordinate designer pickups/drop-offs.
  • Oversee inbound gemstone shipments and inspect for quality and accuracy.
  • Create & manage SKUs based on gem specifications (type, cut, clarity, etc.).
  • Maintain detailed inventory records and ensure stock accuracy
