Job Description1.Build an overseas project planning management system, compile the overall project schedule, and decompose special plans such as production, construction and logistics; monitor plan implementation, investigate schedule deviations, and optimize and adjust plans.2.Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure project progress.3.Conduct review of planning management and optimize control processes.4.Accept on-site assignment overseas, conduct foreign-related planning docking and schedule communication in English, and synchronize the dynamic of domestic project plans.Skills1.Proficient in both Chinese and English, able to work in English, and accept on-site assignment overseas.2.Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Project Management or other related majors; more than 7 years of curtain wall planning management experience.3.More than 3 years of planning manager experience, with overseas experience preferred.4.Master the whole-process nodes of curtain walls, and possess plan compilation and data analysis capabilities.5.Strong overall planning and logical thinking abilities, good pressure resistance, goal-oriented, and adapt to cross-cultural cooperation.
