Job Title:Credit Control ManagerSalary Range: AED. 10,000 to 13,000Work Location: JAFZA, DubaiWe, Newmatic International Group, a Trading Company established in 1993 deal with the high-level Trading of Commercial Laundry Equipment, and we are one of the world-class Leading Laundry Equipment suppliers & Laundry Solutions providers in the entire Middle East. We are a group of companies with 4 Divisions & all over GCC branches in the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. Scope of Work:ú Credit Control ? Develop credit assessment, implement policy development, and implement ERP approvals setups.ú Invoice & Receivables Management ? Invoicing, overdue follow-ups, LCs, and payment plansú Debt Collection & Recovery - Implement effective collection strategies to minimize bad debts & manage legal recovery proceduresú Record Keeping & Reporting ? Aging reports, bank guarantees trackingú Customer Account Management ? Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing disputes or discrepancies.ú Internal Collaboration ? Liaise with finance, sales, and other departments to resolve account issues and support cash flow forecasting.ú Compliance & Risk Management ? Identify credit risks and credit holds, implement insurance & regulations.
