Prepare monthly MIS reports (entity-level and consolidated) including revenue, margins, OPEX, and EBITDA with variance analysis

Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain rolling forecasts across all group entities

Monitor costs vs. budgets and escalate variances to the CFO

Manage intercompany reconciliations and validate recharge entries

Prepare group consolidation (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) including elimination entries

Maintain CAPEX register and track asset performance

Build and enhance financial dashboards and reporting in Odoo ERP

Support UAE VAT and Corporate Tax filings in coordination with external advisors

Prepare board-level reports, KPIs, and financial analysis

Support banking and investor reporting requirements

Drive improvements in reporting processes and month-end close timelines

Support implementation of cost accounting frameworks (job costing, standard costing, etc.)

Analyze FX exposure and provide financial risk insights
