We're seeking a Contract Manager to deliver best-practice contract and client relationship management for DFC.Day-to-day, you will: Manage contracts, correspondence, compliance, and records for the the Enabling and Piling works.? Monitor contract performance, ensuring obligations are met and supporting stakeholders.? Identify and address contract risks, drive process improvements, and optimise contract performance.? Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.? Maintain compliance frameworks and oversee contract governance activities.? Support variation and delay claims, contractual negotiations, and cost control measures? Ability to review BOQs, drawings, and contract documents to identify risks, discrepancies, and opportunities.
