The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and selling IT hardware products while developing strong relationships with international and local suppliers and customers.The role requires market research, supplier relationship management, inventory evaluation, negotiation, and identifying profitable business opportunities in the IT hardware industry.SkillsKey Responsibilitiesú Identify and develop new suppliers and customers for IT hardware products worldwide.ú Source and procure refurbished and used laptops, desktops, RAM, HDDs, SSDs, servers, and related IT products.ú Build and maintain strong relationships with ITAD suppliers, distributors, wholesalers, and customers.ú Conduct supplier research and communicate with vendors through online channels and direct visits.ú Visit suppliers? warehouses and inspect stock quality, quantities, and product conditions.ú Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and procurement agreements with suppliers.ú Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and competitor activities.ú Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and sales documentation.ú Coordinate with logistics teams for shipping, inventory, and order fulfillment.ú Meet sales and procurement targets and contribute to business growth.ú Maintain accurate records of sales activities, supplier details, and inventory reports.ú Participate in business meetings, exhibitions, and networking events when required.Required Skills:ú Proven experience in IT Hardware Procurement, Sales, or Business Developmentú Strong knowledge of refurbished and used IT hardware productsú Experience in international and local UAE marketsú Excellent negotiation and communication skillsú Ability to identify profitable buying and selling opportunitiesú Strong customer relationship management abilitiesú Ability to work independently and as part of a teamú Excellent time management and organizational skillsú Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Preferred Skillsú Knowledge of ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) business processesú Experience with CRM software and ERP systemsú Strong understanding of product grading and hardware specificationsú Familiarity with global suppliers and B2B sourcing platformsú Experience with inventory management systemsú Knowledge of import/export procedures and logistics coordinationú Strong analytical and market research skillsú Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentú Multi-language communication skills are an advantageú UAE driving license is a plus.
