We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager Super High-Rise Towers in our teamProject Type:? Super High-Rise Towers? Mega-scale construction developmentMandatory Experience Requirements:? Minimum 8+ years of experience in the UAE or GCC (UAE experience is essential)? Strong proven experience in mega construction projects, preferably high-rise or super high-rise developments? Solid background working with Tier-1 contracting companies? Demonstrated experience managing high-value contracts and large project budgetsCore Responsibilities:? Full responsibility for commercial, contractual, and financial management of the project? Managing contracts, variations, claims, EOTs, and final accounts? Leading cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management? Ensuring project profitability and commercial risk mitigation? Close coordination with Project Management, Contracts, Finance, and Planning teams? Advising senior management on commercial strategies and decisions.
