Safety & Compliance:Enforcing company policies, safety regulations (e.g.,OSHA), and conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
Quality Control & Reporting:Inspecting workmanship for quality and preparing daily progress reports regarding progress and labor productivity.
Technical Troubleshooting:Interpreting structural plans and resolving technical problems on-site in coordination with engineers and managers.
Resource Management:Minimizing waste by managing materials and ensuring equipment is in good working condition.
