We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with strong knowledge of Dubai rules and regulations to join our team. The ideal candidate must hold a G+1 certification and be capable of handling site coordination and project execution for residential projects.Responsibilities- Supervise and manage civil works for G+1 projects- Ensure all work meets Dubai Municipality and related authority regulations- Prepare and review site reports, drawings, and technical documents- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams- Conduct routine site inspections and monitor daily progress- Support in resolving technical and site-related issues- ?Prepare the estimation , BOQ and supervision on materials and procurements.- ?Requirements- G+1 Certification (required)- Society of Engineers Membership (SOE) (required)- Strong understanding of Dubai construction rules & regulations- UAE Driving License (preferred)- At least 3 years of civil engineering experience in Dubai (preferred)- +3 years of civil engineering experience in total (preferred)- Good communication and site management skillsBenefitsSalary: AED 8,000 - 10,000Career growth opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative work environmentAllowance by UAE law
