We are launching an exciting food truck concept in Damac Hills 2 l,Dubai and are looking for an experienced Chef in Charge specializing in Asian cuisine.? Must be available to start immediately? Strong leadership and kitchen management skills. Experience with asian cuisine (Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean etc) ?? Salary: AED 5,000 ? 6,000SkillsMain responsibilities? Prepare menu items, strictly follow, lead and train standard recipes to all chef assistant to ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.? Work efficiently in a fast-paced food truck environment. Assisting employer with operational tasks when required. ? Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all timesRequirements? Previous experience in Asian cuisine is preferred? Strong wok and hot-kitchen cooking skills? Clean, organized, and detail-oriented? Team player with a positive attitude? Ability to perform well during peak service hours.
