Roles & ResponsibilitiesOversee all logistical aspects of events, from initial planning to flawless execution, ensuring client satisfaction and budget adherence.Manage event budgets and track expenses.Lead and motivate a diverse team of catering staff, chefs, and event coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance the overall guest experience.Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality food, beverages, and event supplies.Negotiate with vendors for services and pricing.Create detailed timelines and run sheets.Secure & Manage Business opportunitiesDesired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in catering and event operations management.Proven track record of successfully managing multiple events simultaneously.
