Job Description

  • Actively promote and sell car rental services to walk-in, corporate, and online clients.
  • Greet and assist customers professionally, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience.
  • Handle the full rental process ? from booking to vehicle handover and return.
  • Verify customer documents, prepare rental agreements, and process payments.
  • Maintain follow-up with customers until the rental is fully settled and cleared.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure timely vehicle availability and quality.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of rental packages, promotions, and vehicle types.
