Job Description

  • Develop and deliver strategic sales plans to the CEO, focused on achieving measurable business results
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance, accountability, and achievement of individual and team sales targets.
  • Ensure generation of gross profit equal to at least 3x the combined cost of the sales team, through effective selling, upselling, and client retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts to maximize client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding, transportation, and warehousing services across the UAE and GCC region.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare detailed sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business reviews for senior management.
  • Work closely with operations and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Set KPIs for sales personnel, conduct regular performance evaluations, and initiate corrective actions as needed.
  • Oversee the preparation of commercial proposals and quotations in line with market trends and profitability benchmarks.
  • Stay informed about market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends to inform sales tactics and positioning.
