We?re Hiring: Business Development Executive| Dubai ?Elegant Escapes Holiday Homes is expanding, and we?re looking for a driven Business Development Executive to grow our portfolio of luxury holiday homes in Dubai.Your Mission:Bring new landlords & property owners on board to partner with us. You?ll be the face of Elegant Escapes - pitching our management services, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with investors.What You?ll Do:Identify and onboard new landlords/properties across DubaiPitch our full-service holiday home management modelBuild pipeline through networking, cold outreach, and referralsHit monthly acquisition targets for new unitsRepresent Elegant Escapes at property events & exposWhat We?re Looking For:2+ years BDM/Sales experience in Dubai real estate or holiday homesStrong network of landlords, investors, or developersExcellent negotiation & closing skillsFluent English.
