Roles & ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business operations and logistics processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement areas across the supply chain.Work closely with stakeholders (Operations, Finance, IT) to gather, document, and validate business requirements for new projects or system enhancements.Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making and performance tracking.Drive cost-benefit analyses and financial modelling to assess the viability of logistics solutions and strategic initiatives.Monitor logistics performance data to uncover trends, anomalies, and issues affecting efficiency or service levels.Support implementation of logistics systems and automation tools across the organization.Lead and facilitate business review sessions, workshops, and process-mapping exercises.Collaborate with IT and data teams to develop digital solutions that streamline logistics and supply chain workflows.Conduct competitor and market research to benchmark best practices and support strategic planning.Desired Candidate ProfileEducational Qualification Bachelor?s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering or Operations Management with added qualification in business and data analytics.Work ExperienceMinimum 3-4 years of experience in business analysis.Experience within logistics, transportation, or supply chain environments is a strong plus.Familiarity with UAE logistics landscape and regional regulatory requirements is advantageous.Familiarity with WMS, TMS, Freight Forwarding Systems is advantageous. Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.Proficient in tools like Excel, Power BI and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar).Understanding of SQL queries and development of data driven dashboards.Experience with documenting of business processes, business process re-engineering and improvement frameworks.Exceptional communication skills and ability to translate complex data into information and actionable insights.Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Languages Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
