We are looking for an experienced Branch Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple branches within a professional car care services environment.Key Responsibilities? Manage the daily operations of all branches ? Achieve monthly targets in sales and number of cars served ? Improve conversion rates from the call center ? Ensure service quality across PPF, polishing, tinting, and minor repairs ? Lead supervisors and technical teams ? Handle customer issues directly and professionally ? Reduce waste and improve overall productivity ? Implement and enhance operational systems and SOPs ? Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational reports to management Requirements? 3?5 years of experience in operations or branch management ? Strong leadership skills and decision-making ability ? Automotive industry experience is preferred ? Ability to manage multi-national teams ? Willingness to work in the field and move between branches Important Notes?
