We are seeking a structured and detail-oriented Behavioral Support Specialist on a part-time basis. This role is specifically focused on providing neurodiversity support, assisting individuals with ADHD or other executive functioning differences in optimizing their daily routines, workflow continuity, and task initiation protocols.This position is ideal for an advanced student or professional with a background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Behavioral Psychology, or Special Education who understands how to apply behavioral modifications practically. The role operates remotely, focusing entirely on consistent execution and objective data collection.SkillsKey ResponsibilitiesTask Initiation & Transition Support: Provide daily, scheduled virtual presence during critical morning and midday transitions to actively assist with task initiation and mitigate avoidance patterns common with ADHD.Data-Driven Tracking Ledger: Maintain and update a daily tracking ledger to monitor routine execution, logging distraction triggers and baseline execution times.Prompting & Fading: Deliver systematic verbal/visual cues to maintain operational momentum, systematically fading prompts as routines become automatic.Environmental Optimization: Collaborate on structuring daily schedules utilizing habit-stacking and antecedent management to reduce cognitive friction.Requirements & QualificationsDegree or active studies in Psychology, ABA, Behavioral Sciences, or Special Education.Clear understanding of neurodiversity, specifically executive dysfunction and ADHD coping mechanisms.Familiarity with behavioral data collection (logging baselines, behavioral tracking).Exceptional punctuality for daily virtual accountability check-ins.Strong organizational skills with proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
