We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Swimming Pool & Landscape Designer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing design and construction drawings for swimming pools, landscapes, and water features, with a strong understanding of UAE standards and construction practices. a part ofú Strong technical drafting and detailing skills.ú Excellent knowledge of swimming pool systems, landscape construction, and related standards.ú Ability to read and coordinate multidisciplinary drawings.ú Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills.ú Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.Skillsú Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for swimming pools, landscapes, and water features.ú Develop shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.ú Prepare swimming pool layout plans, sections, elevations, and detailed construction drawings.ú Draft hardscape and softscape layouts, including paving, planting, pergolas, decks, and other outdoor structures.ú Prepare irrigation layouts, landscape lighting layouts, and grading plans.ú Coordinate structural, architectural, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical drawings to ensure design integration.ú Prepare swimming pool piping layouts, filtration system drawings, equipment room layouts, and waterproofing details.ú Revise drawings based on consultant comments, client requirements, and site conditions.ú Coordinate with project engineers and site supervisors to resolve drawing-related issues.
