Roles & ResponsibilitiesThe primary purpose of an Assembly Operator is to assemble products or components according to specific instructions and quality standards. They are responsible for ensuring that assembly tasks are performed efficiently, accurately, and safely, while maintaining high product quality and adhering to production schedules.Job responsibilities:Responsible for mechanical assembly of the products as per the plan and working instructions.Ensure the process quality meets the standard requirement.Responsible for the productivity and online rejection control.Identification of products and components for the assembly.Safe material handling and storage.Maintain proper housekeeping.Strictly adhere to the safety rules and procedures.Desired Candidate ProfileEducational QualificationMinimum high school qualificationWork Experience1+ years of experience in assembly or manufacturing (preferably in electrical/lighting products)CompetenciesBasic understanding of electrical components and wiringComfortable using hand tools and power toolsAbility to read and interpret assembly instructions, schematics, and technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality controlGood manual dexterity and hand-eye coordinationAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kgBasic knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environmentTeam player with good communication and time management skillsWillingness to learn and adapt to new processes or product linesLanguagesShould be able to communicate in EnglishAny other language is advantageous
