Job Description

  • Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using 3D Max, AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior design, and landscape teams to ensure design consistency.
  • Prepare and submit drawings and documents for authority approvals (e.g., Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, etc.).
  • Develop and present architectural design concepts, sketches, and detailed drawings.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure timely communication between clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Ensure designs comply with building codes, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements.
