Roles & Responsibilities Develop comprehensive design concepts that reflect client needs while adhering to aesthetic and functional requirements. Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively and accurately. Collaborate closely with architects, builders, and contractors to ensure design integrity throughout the construction process. Select appropriate materials, furnishings, and color palettes that harmonize with the overall design vision and budget constraints. Manage social media content, digital campaigns, and brand positioning. Create engaging marketing materials, project portfolios, and promotional content. Assist in business development and client acquisition initiatives Proficiency in Interior Design and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection Skills in Space Planning and understanding architectural principles Experience with Construction Drawings and their implementation Knowledge of marketing practices and ability to support promotional activities Excellent communication and client management skillsDesired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably in residential and commercial projects. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential for visual presentations.
